How to Find Direction and Inner Peace as a Teacher
15 Days to Inner Peace and Direction for Teachers
Reground: “To reimbue (a person) with a sense of belonging or perspective; to reimpart mental stability or emotional balance to. Chiefly reflexive.”
Reassess: “Consider or assess again, especially while paying attention to new or different factors.“
Relate: “To make or show a connection between. feel sympathy with; identify with.”
At this point the honeymoon for most teachers is over and our time with our students has gotten “real”. And yet, we know (well most teachers know) this is not even our hardest month. So how do we prepare for this time? How do we ensure our time in this month better fuels us so that we don’t lose momentum in October? One thing many schools and districts have done is offered a week long (for some two week long) fall break. But for those of us who aren’t granted that, how else can we reground? Join me for 15 Days to Reground, Reassess, and Relate in order to take on the coming months! This post will be updated daily from September 15th-September 30th with accessible links!
